Who is CareAbility?
CareAbility Pty Ltd was established in May 2018 with intent to deliver a participant-focused service that truly delivers against participant needs, rather than expecting participants to mould to the service that we offer.
We are passionate about ensuring our participants are engaged in meaningful support and/or programs that have potential to build skills and incorporate social inclusion and community participation.
CareAbility prides itself on providing a high level of support to all participants, at all times. Our Support Workers provide practical and emotional support to the participants with whom they are working. The support is tailored to each participant’s needs and ambitions and enables them to reach their potential as valued members of the community.

In-Home and Community Support
School Holiday Program
Every Victorian School Holiday period, CareAbility runs structured, daily, group activities for our school-aged participants to access. This program provides opportunity for our participants to be in the community with peers while participating in engaging, active and stimulating activities.
Other Recreation Programs
In addition to our School Holiday Program, CareAbility runs the following Recreation Programs for our participants:
– Adult Recreation Group
– Adult Recreation Activities – during Victorian School Holidays
– Adult Pub Night
– Teenage Girls Recreation Group
– Centre-Based Factory Play Days
